Please make sure our cleaners can enter your home on the scheduled day (using keys, a lockbox, or digital codes). Mumz Cleaners is not responsible for delays or missed services caused by access issues.

We kindly ask you to secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before the service begins. If you have special requests like using child-safe products, please let us know in advance. Customers must be 18 or older to book our services.

What if something gets damaged or goes missing?

Accepted Answer

Mumz Cleaners is fully insured for accidental damages. Please report any missing or stolen items within 48 hours and any damaged items within 24 hours. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear or unsafe conditions in your home.

What if I’m not happy with the service?

If you’re unhappy with any part of your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll gladly return to re-clean the affected area free of charge. Refunds are only provided in cases of proven negligence and not after the service has been completed.
